“A practical Working Experience for Youth and Youth with Disabilities” is a project that is being implemented in the smaller communities in BiH, and with the help of the United States Embassy to Bosnia and Herzegovina which provided an opportunity for 48 people to gain first working experience and to learn practical skills necessary for the jobs they perform. We hope that many of them, after two months of work, will either stay at work they’re doing right now or this experience will help them find the desired job.
Today we present you one of the beneficiaries of the project.
“Performing two-month practice in JU National Library of Sokolac represents for me significant experience in terms of acquiring theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the functioning of a public institution, which performs activities of general of interest.
In times when young, college-educated people, cannot find employment easily, every opportunity to gain work experience is valuable.
Grateful for the opportunity that Nešto Više and the US Embassy provides to youth in the acquisition of the first experiences”
