Employees of the Association of Citizens Nešto Više took part in a round table within the EU project “Transition of students with disabilities from higher education to the labor market i Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro” (Trans2Work) on Wednesday, December 7,2016 at the University Rectorate A round table on employment of highly educated persons with disabilities was held in Sarajevo. The round table was organized by the University of Sarajevo in cooperation with Profil Management Consulting from Sarajevo, one of the partners in the project, in order to present the activities in the project with a focus on employers.
The goals of the meeting were:
presentation of the project to employers, academic staff, students, representatives of the non-governmental sector and the media
- exchange of experiences and opinions on the need and possibilities of connecting higher education and the labor market
- connecting higher education institutions with a working environment that is adapted to people with disabilities
- sensitizing employers to understand the needs of people with disabilities in order to create and offer suitable jobs.
