“Jerković” d.o.o., Hotel “Adria Ski” from Kupres introduced the HACCP system with the help of the project “Support to Agricultural Development in Herzegovina” funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), implemented by the Association of Citizens “Nešto Više”.

THE STORY OF KUPRES
The firsst thing visitors notice upon arrial at Kupreška plateau is the incredible beauty and diversity of nature that leaves them breathless, and as soon as they breathe fresh, mountain air, they become aware that they have left heart and soul in this area and will become its regular guests from that moment.
Apart from the beautiful nature and fresh air, this area is also known for the exceptional hospitality of its population, which can be especially felt when you decide to visit the sports and recreation center and the well-known ski resort with a four-star hotel “Adria ski”, in which, their polite staff would lead you through a fairitale of a perfect vacation both in summer and winter season.
Our beautifully decorated multifunctional restaurant which, in addition to being ideal for large and small wedding celebrations, also serves for the organizationn of seminars and conferences, team building, celebrations, family lunches and various other occasions.
Within the hotel there are two apartments with whirpool tubs, 81 rooms with 250 beds, equipped with TVs and telephones, cafe bar and wellness center.
In addition, guests have at their disposal outside the hotel facilities and contents such as the restaurant “Fireplace”-the old and new part, where there is a large fireplace where guests can warm up in winter and enjoy the homely atmosphere and delicious food, and in the summer, besides atmosphere next to fireplace we can organize live music and karaoke party.
Since the hotel is located on the ski resort, you have the opportunity to rent all the necessary ski equipment, as well as book ski instructors who will use their knowledge to help you fully enjoy skiing on our trails that are adapted to professionals and guests coming for the first time on the snow.
With the help of two-seater and four-seater, we will take you to the motel “Zucchini” on these same paths. The motel offers a beautiful view of the snow and sun-covered Kupres field, and the fact that the motel is located at the top of the ski resort, says enough that in addition to a beautiful view, guests can enjoy the home and private atmosphere complemented by excellent local food and friendly staff.
