Within the project ALTER-Active Local Territories for Economic development of Rural areas, on 06. and 07.12.2016.
Training “Policy research and analysis” was held in East Sarajevo with the exchange of good examples from the region, Serbia and Montenegro. The training was attended by civil society organizations dealing with rural development, from Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as participants from civil society organizations from Serbia and Montegro. The training aimed to develop skills in reaserching public policies and regulations in the field of rural development, and making recommendations for their improvement, in order to enable civil society organizations to become equal partners to national and regional institutions, with a focus on sustainable rural development. The event is funded by the Regional Rural Development Standing Working Group in South Eastern Europe (SWG), as an activity of the ALTER project funded by the European Commission.
