In Sarajevo on 08. and 09.09.2012. Within the project “Inclusion against discrimination of persons with disabilities”, the last two-day training called “Creating a business plan” was held for two groups of 30 project beneficiaries, who, in addition to IT training, are educated in the field of personal and specific. The training was held by Duško Cvjetinović from the Association of Citizens “Something More”.
For the purposes of the training, the trainer made workbooks for making business plans as a manual on how to make a business plan. The material was distributed to users at the training. At the training, users were divided into eight teams that wrote business plans and were thus interactively conducted through the process of creating a business plan, from the initial idea to the development of a quality business plan.
The process includes several segments, the path from the initial idea to the final development of a quality product / service, assessment of own capacity, sales plan and market performance, marketing plan, target market, cost projection, assessment of potential risks, and ways to minimize them.
At the end of the training, participants were awarded certificates of participation in the training.
