As part of the information campaign Presentation of Employment Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities, which is carried out as part of the project activities: “Inclusion against discrimination of persons with disabilities”, in Sarajevo on 6.9.2012. A meeting was held between the Association of Citizens “Something More” and the media FACE TV. The meeting was attended by Jelena Backović – Project Assistant (UG “Nešto Više”) and Sabina Bajrić – Director of Legal Affairs (FaceTV).
The purpose of the meeting was primarily to clarify certain ambiguities regarding the rights of persons with disabilities in employment. A catalog of biographies of project beneficiaries was also presented: “Inclusion against discrimination of persons with disabilities”.
It is important to note that the company FACE TV, among its employees already has people with disabilities who, as they point out, are responsible and exemplary employees. It was agreed to continue communication and exchange of information between UG “Nešto Više” and Face TV if there is a need for staff listed in the catalog of biographies.
The project “Inclusion against discrimination of persons with disabilities” is supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
