On February 20, 2025, a one-day training was completed, covering key topics such as:
- Working conditions – physical and psychological demands in the workplace, working hours, compensation, breaks, sickness, overtime, and employee rights.
- Labor rights – the most important elements of the Labor Law in RS and FBiH, international regulations, labor standards, protection of rights, reporting of violations, and 8 Conventions of the International Labour Organization.
- Occupational health and safety measures – identification of risks and hazards (physical, chemical, biological, psychosocial, and safety-related), as well as OHS actions for the protection of health and safety.
Additionally, the Report on Labor Rights, Protection, and Occupational Safety and the digital platform “Labor Rights” were presented.
This training enabled all participants to gain a better understanding of the legislative and safety aspects of work, as well as the resources that protect employees’ rights.
