INTRODUCTION
The goal of the project “Communities of Different but Equal Citizens” is to strengthen the capacity of civil society organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina to achieve a higher level of their involvement in the European integration process, focusing on increasing social inclusion and non-discrimination of persons with disabilities.
Specific objective: Increased involvement of civil society organizations in the process of European integration, as well as in the decision- making process at the level of BiH, with an emphasis on fundamental rights, social inclusion and non-discrimination of persons with disabilities
Expected results:
R1: Increased capacities related to the exchange of experience and information, monitoring and public advocacy of two networks of organizations of persons with disabilties
R2: Increased inclusion of other civil society organizations, which are not primarily organizations of persons with disabilities, as well as local authorities
R3: The integration of persons with disabilities is advocated and widely promoted through the organization of various joint activities involving CSOs, the media, the authorities and the public, and through involvement in decision-making processes.

The project is being implemented by: The organization “UDAS” is implementing the project in partnership with the Helsinki Citizens’ Parliament Banja Luka and the Association of Citizens” Nešto Više” Sarajevo
II Description of activites: Internship- Gaining two months of work experience
UG Nešto Više, within the framework of the EU call CDEC/21-001, invites unemployed persons with disabilities who have completed high school/and or faculty from the entire territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina to apply for gaining two months of work experience.
The aim of this activity is to enable unemployed persons with disabilities to gain two months of work experience. All applicants who are selected- a total of 10, throughout the project-will have the opportunity to gain work experinece over a period of eight weeeks, working in civil society organizations, businesses and local institutions.
Note: Professional practice is an activity that is not recognized within the official qualifications framework (“workbooks”).
The call is intended for unemployed persons with disabilities who have completed high school and /or college.
All selected applicants will receive compensation for their two-month engagement in the total amount of 880.00 KM, taxes based on the contract of employment are included in the specific amount.
The following activities will be carried out for the selected project beneficiaries:
Development of job descriptions for engagement: UGNV staff will work witrh employers to develop job descriptions for each selected person;

Two-month internship: Each selected person will work full-time for eight weeks with an employer of their choice and will keep a diary in which they will enter pre-defined data;

IV Timelines
Interested persons should send the completed form no later than February 19,2021. year until 16h
The final selection of selected candidates will be made no later than February 28,2021 year and only selected candidates will be contacted.
Note: The Association of Citizens “Nešto Više” reserves the right not to accept any or all of the received applications, and are not obliged to explain their decision.
