Today, we held the first work training within the project “First practical work experience for women with a university degree”, which was supported by the Embassy of the United States of America in Bosnia and Herzegovina within the program “Women’s Empowerment”. We introduced future interns to the way in which practical training is conducted in companies and what are the necessary steps that need to be done in order to easily and better find a company that will provide them with a two-month internship.
We believe that regardless of the situation with the crown, we can find the right companies to support us so that all 38 girls / women get the opportunity to learn practical skills and provide themselves with a better predisposition to find a job.
