In the premises of the High School “Nikola Tesla” in Teslić, in the framework of the project “Partnership for new jobs”, which implements UG Nešto Više together with its partners, we held a two-day andragogical training (23.-24.12). The seminar was attended by coaches who are engaged on the project, and who will be doing the training and retraining of users on the Project. This training aimed to get effective methods in the education of adults closer to the trainers. Together with lecturers and coordinators for training, the training was attended by 18 people.
Project “Partnership for new jobs” is implemented on the territory of the Municipality of Teslić in partnership with the Municipality, and JU High school “Nikola Tesla” Teslić, Association of forestry and wood processing “INTERFOB” Banja Luka and the Institute for the hiring of the Republic of Srpska. This project is planned to improve the working skills of 80 persons from the area of the Municipality of Teslić, of which 38 will be hired. The project is funded by the European Union and the International Labour Organization.
