Partnership for new jobs (1. 6.2017-1.12.2018). The project will be implemented on the territory of the Municipality of Teslić in partnership with the Municipality, and JU High school “Nikola Tesla” Teslić, Association forestry and wood processing “INTERFOB” Banja Luka and the Institute for the hiring of the Republic of Srpska. This project is planned to improve the working skills of 80 persons from the area of the Municipality of Teslić, of which 38 will be hired. The general aim of the project is “Reduction in the unemployment rates in the area of the Municipality of Teslić for 1%”, while the specific objectives of the project are:
? Reducing unemployment by hiring overqualified and qualified persons in accordance with the expressed needs of employers from the area of the Municipality of Teslić;
? Increase in the competitiveness of unemployed persons from the area of the Municipality of Teslić;
? Strengthening LPZ through the development of the capacity of JU High School “Nikola Tesla” Teslić and Association “INTERFOB” for offering program training, additional training and retraining in accordance with the needs of employers from the area of the Municipality of Teslić.
