03/29/2016 Tuesday, an all-day exercise on the topic of “Effective Communication” was held today in the Nešto Više office in Mostar. Through lectures, exercises, videos, recording and analysis of the participants, and comprehensive interaction, the topics of communication in general, how to acquire effective communication skills, some of the tools of verbal communication (active listening, debate and dialogue), and the seven basic elements of body language , or nonverbal communication. Participants showed great interest in learning and researching the tools offered to improve the way they communicate in the private and business environment. The training was led by Sanja Đermanović.
Activities are organized within the Slightly More project “Support to Agricultural Development in Herzegovina”, supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
