Within the project “Support to the development of agriculture in Herzegovina”, 21.12.2014. A training in the field of soft-skills: Effective communication was held at the Agricultural Center for Professional Development in Mostar. The training was held by Sanja Đermanović.
Training participants (Mostar, Čapljina, Jablanica and Prozor-Rama) covered the following areas: communication in general, what it means to communicate effectively, verbal communication (active listening, debate and dialogue), non-verbal communication – body language (pose, gestures, voice, pause) , eye communication, movement, facial expression).
The methodology included lectures, discussions, real-life examples, watching videos by other authors, exercises and group work of participants, and individual recording of participants for their own and group analysis of body language and recognizing what to practice to improve communication skills.
We thank the participants: the day passed quickly in good company – it was useful, but also very fun. See you soon on another occasion!
