-Participation in the training “Leadership and Management”

The Network for Active Communities organized a training for members and potential members of the Network entitled “Leadership and Management” in Sarajevo from 14 to 16 February 2014. The training was led by Ms. Irena Bulat, Director of Adizes SEE Serbia.
The purpose of the training is to build the capacity of the organizations involved in the project and prepare representatives of organizations to provide education to members of the MZ council. Based on the Adizes methodology, the basic and most important elements of management were presented during the training – change management, teamwork and work with people, all through interaction and effective, purposeful exercises.

The “Network for Active Communities” project develops the capacity of civil society organizations to apply participatory methods of working with communities. In this way, the project contributes to improving the work of local community councils in Bosnia and Herzegovina and greater involvement of traditionally marginalized groups, especially women and youth, in their work. The project is financially supported by the European Union and is implemented by the Mozaik Foundation in partnership with UŽ Priroda, UG Sara, OK Pod istim suncem and UG ToPeer.
