The Association of Citizens “Something More” in partnership with the Association of Citizens “Modus” from Teslić has launched a project that aims to establish an online Resource Center. This center will enable the citizens of Teslić to more easily access information and tools that will help them solve problems in their environment. The Resource Center will support the creation of long-term partnership and cooperation between active and developed civil society organizations (CSOs), the Municipality of Teslić and citizens on common issues that are in line with the strategic goals of the municipality and the statutory goals of civil society organizations. municipality of Teslić. In addition to the establishment of the Resource Center, representatives of CSO organizations and local communities will be educated to get acquainted with the methods that will enable them to solve the problem in their community. For the purpose of animating citizens, volunteer actions will be organized: 1. construction and arrangement of a sports field and 2. action of construction of an access ramp for persons with disabilities. These actions aim to improve the quality of life and social inclusion of people with disabilities as well as to strengthen activism among young people. The educational part of the project aims to strengthen the human capacity of local CSOs and local government representatives to solve their own problems and to enable them to be equal partners with municipal authorities. The project is supported under the LOD III project funded by the European Union from the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA), and implemented by UNDP.
