In Sarajevo on 09.08.2012. A meeting was held with the representatives of the Public Institution “Employment Service of Sarajevo Canton” Zamir Velić – Head of the Employment Mediation Sector and Aida Bubalo Bejtula – Head of the Employment Mediation Department. Angelina Lucic – Project Manager and Jelena Backovic – Project Assistant were present on behalf of the Association of Citizens “Something More”.
The meeting was held in order to present the benefits for employers who employ people with disabilities, and presented a catalog of biographies of project beneficiaries: “Inclusion against discrimination of people with disabilities.”
On that occasion, it was agreed to distribute the catalog to all municipal offices of Sarajevo Canton, as well as to the Center for Information, Counseling and Training (CISO), all in order to better acquaint potential employers with the type of staff presented in the catalog. It was agreed to promote the catalog on the official website of the Employment Service of Sarajevo Canton.
The project “Inclusion against discrimination of persons with disabilities” is supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
