In Sarajevo , on June 2 and 3, 2012. within the project “Inclusion against discrimination of persons with disabilities” held a third two-day training entitled “Leadership and Followership” for two groups of 30 project beneficiaries, who, in addition to IT training, are educated in the field of personal and specific skills during the project. The training was held by Sanja Đermanović, Deputy Executive Director of the Association of Citizens “Nešto Više”. Users are creatively introduced to processes and concepts related to leadership and follow-up. In addition to the presentation, the training methodology included instruments for self-assessment, discussions of participants, exchange of experiences from everyday life, and work on refuting myths about leaders and followers. At the end of the training, users were awarded certificates of participation in the training. During the breaks, participants, project staff and the training leader discussed the progress of the current project, and the possibilities of continuing the cooperation of participants with the Association “Nešto Više”, with participants offering several interesting suggestions on how the Association can support people with disabilities in the future.
