Wednesday and Thursday 02. and 03.03. Trebinje. The Association of Citizens “Something More”, in cooperation with the SME Development Agency of the City of Trebinje and the Employment Bureau of RS, a branch of Trebinje, realized a two-day training “Creating a business plan”. The lecturer was Vaso Gurović. Training participants were introduced to the theoretical parts of business plan preparation (content and purpose of business plan, definition and analysis of business idea, product / service description, industry characteristics, sales plan – market and competition, location, technical and technological aspects, organizational structure, management and staff, product / service marketing, risk assessment, SWOT analysis, dynamic / term plan, business plan additions, sales plan, marketing costs, equipment and costs, staff costs, raw materials / raw materials costs, depreciation, initial operating payments – working capital , financial plan, loans, total costs on a monthly basis, profit forecast, income statement, cash flow – cash flow – using a practical example.
After this workshop, all participants have the opportunity to directly contact the staff of the Agency and UG “Nešto Više” for help in developing and refining their business ideas – and, if any of them decide for that opportunity – to start their own business.
