We are looking for an expert to develop:
- Analysis of the capacities of organizations for persons with disabilities in FBiH
- Analysis of the resource needs and development opportunities of organizations for persons with disabilities in FBiH

From September 9 to December 31, 2022, UG Nešto Više implements the project “Important and Strong” supported by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policy. The general goal is to enhance the skills and opportunities of persons with disabilities and their organization representatives to become financially stronger and improve their quality of everyday life and work.
Project activities include:
Planned activities include conducting an analysis of the financial stability of organizations for persons with disabilities and the opportunities they offer to their beneficiaries. Following this, advocacy skills training will be conducted to improve the lives of persons with disabilities and educate them on securing funding through online platforms. To ensure successful campaigns, workshops on promoting initiatives online, on social media, and in the media will be held. To achieve sustainability, a practical demonstration of social entrepreneurship will be conducted as a tool to enhance the daily lives and employment of persons with disabilities. Collaboration will be initiated between organizations for persons with disabilities and those outside this sector in FBiH to improve collective advocacy for the rights of persons with disabilities. To promote the project, media promotion and the creation of online promotional materials will be undertaken.
In connection with this, UG Nešto Više is seeking an expert who will be engaged in developing a questionnaire and analyses.
Scope of work and responsibilities of the expert:
- Develop a high-quality questionnaire that is easy to complete yet provides specific indicators. The questionnaire should be singular but interweave questions that will serve to develop two analyses.
- Each analysis should be conducted thoroughly, including graphs and interpretation of results.
- Both analyses should be separate units provided in electronic distribution format and with formatting for print.
- Adhere to the specified deadline.
- Include at least 10 organizations for persons with disabilities in FBiH, preferably more.
- Ensure that persons in managerial positions with access to all organization data complete the questionnaire for more precise information.
- The monetary value of the engagement for completing the entire job is 1280.00 KM gross.
Qualifications of the expert:
The analysis will be conducted by an expert who should have the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience working with persons with disabilities.
- Experience in the nonprofit sector.
- Previous research experience involving persons with disabilities.
- Experience in conducting analyses and research, as well as preparing materials for online and print distribution.
- Preference will be given to persons with disabilities in case of multiple similar applications.
