As part of the project “Community of different, but equal citizens” funded by the European Union, and implemented by the Organization of “UDAS” in partnership with Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly (hCa) Banja Luka and the Association of Citizens “Nešto Više” will organize workshops on the topic of Inclusive hiring of people with disabilities: Challenges and benefits. The workshop will be held in Sarajevo 19.09.2019 in Hotel Hollywood, Ilidža, Sarajevo.
The contents of the workshop are designed to bring closer the different aspects affecting the employment of persons with disabilities. At the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to hear about concrete possibilities of employment of persons with disabilities, i.e. support which is provided by the entity funds for a professional rehabilitation and to find out how to behave in the work environment with persons with disabilities. Besides insight into the possibilities of employment that are offering funds for professional rehabilitation, participants will find out about other tools that they have at their disposal during the employment of PWD, as an internship.
