Unemployed persons from the area of the Municipality of Teslić, which after the public announcement of the selected to train for CNC operators, metal gnawers and welders, they started early in February 2018 with training. The theoretical part of the training takes place on the premises of our partner in the project High school “Nikola Tesla” Teslić. The practical part of the training will take place in local companies, also partners in the project. Occupations for which they are training are very sought, and local companies dealing with wood processing and metal have a big need for this kind of vocational staff. Training courses are intensive and will last until the end of March 2018. After training, everyone passes the exam will get certificates and have the opportunity to be employed in the companies in which they were in practical training. Association of citizens “Nešto Više”, as the leading partner, and Municipality of Teslić, as one of the main partners in the project, coordinate the training with the help of the Academy for adult education WMTA Banja Luka. Project “Partnership for new jobs” is implemented in the framework of the ILO project. Planned funds for the implementation of Program and vocational specialization are provided from the EU funds according to the Program of the International labour organisation – ILO “Supporting local partnerships for the hiring in Bosnia and Herzegovina”
