Last week, from February 16 to 20, 2015. a workshop was held for GLOBALG.A.P. internal inspectors, organized by UG Nešto Više, and within the project “Support to Agricultural Development in Herzegovina” supported by USAID. The workshop was led by Dr. Iuliana Grigoriu from Romania, assisted by Mr. Vito Marega and Mrs. Tea Zerdelić from Mirakol International CO.
In addition to part of the Nešto Više staff, the five-day workshop was attended by representatives of some of our partner organizations: Agromediterranean Faculty Mostar, Association of Agricultural Producers Jablanica, Association of Agricultural Producers Konjic, ZZ Jablanica, PZ Ekolife Crnići, UŽ Most Jablanica, and Faculty of Agriculture and Food Technology Mostar.
On the final day, the processing of the QMS checklist was completed, and the ambiguities from the previous days were discussed before testing the candidates. Candidates worked on the test for a maximum of 90 minutes, after which the trainers proceeded to evaluate the papers. Of the 15 participants, 14 successfully passed the test, thus securing the title of certified internal inspector for GLOBALG.A.P. standard.
