In the perid 12-16 March 2012, the project staff of UGNV (Belma Hadžimahmutović, project manager, Jelena Backović, project assistant and Adnan Čavčić, assistant for administration and finance) interviewed all registered canditates for IT education, who submitted proper documentation and applied for IT training on the framework of the project “Inclusion against discrimination of persons with disabilities”.
Interviews were conducted in the filed in facilities that have accessibility for people with disabilities. Based on pre-determined criteria, a three-member commission selected 30 participants in IT training, and on March 4 and 5, 2012 3 orientation meetings were held at the Business Education Center, where groups were formed, training dates were defined, mode of transportation for project beneficiaries and contracts were signed with users related to IT education and education in personal and specific life skills. On that occasion, the director of CPe, Emir Hulusić, spoke about the types of courses, literature, duration, method of certification and other technical issues of education.
According to the interest of the selected candidates and previous knowledge in the field of informatics, 3 groups for IT education were formed, as follows:
Group 1-I level-Gender Informatics 1 (computer operator) and
II level- Business Informatics 2 (advanced computer operator)-11 participants.
Date: Monday and Friday (15:30-18:00) at Cpe.
Group 2- II level -Business Informatics 2 ( advanced computer operator) and graphic design- 11 participants.
Date: Monday and Friday (18:00-20:30) at Cpe.
Group 3- I level: Auto cad, basics of graphic design and basics of web design-8 participants. +1 student free of charge (Jelena Backović, project assistant).
Date: Tuesday and Thursday (16:30-19:00) at Cpe. The schedule is available of the Center for Business Education:

Transportation from the project funds is provided for all training participants: users use the agreed transportation with a ramp (two vehicles), GRAS transportation, taxi transportation and their own cars. Trainings will be held regularly according to the plan and program of Cpe and UGNV in the period April- September 2012, with the aim of increasing the competitiveness of persons with disabilities in the labor market and employment opportunities in the Sarajevo Canton. The project Inclusion against Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities is supported by the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
