The Association of Citizens “Nešto Više” after the official approval of the donor, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in BiH, to participate in the project “Inclusion against discrimination of persons with disabilities (PWD)” extends the application deadline for interested candidates until March 9, 2012. years. We requested this extension of the deadline for applications due to time and limited movement of persons with disabilities in the past period, and the inability to collect all the necessary documentation!
Therefore, we again inform persons with disabilities who have an interest in participating in non-formal education, and come from the area of nine municipalities: Ilidža, Ilijaš, Trnovo, Vogošća, Hadžići, Novi Grad, Stari Grad, Centar or Novo Sarajevo, that they can apply for participation in non-formal education in the field of informatics (business informatics, graphic design and auto cad), and personal and specific life skills (development of projects/business plans). The space of the Business Education Center, where users will meet, is adapted for wheelchair users (CPe has removed all architectural barriers to movement), and transportation will be provided for selected participants. The goal is to increase the competitiveness of PWDs on the labor market and the possibility of their employment in all nine municipalities of the Canton.
Target Group: 30 unemployed young people with disabilities(users of wheelchairs or other orthopedic mobility aids, people with severe difficulties in grooming), aged 18-40, living in the Sarajevo Canton and registered for one from the employment offices in the municipalities: Ilidža, Ilijaš, Trnovo, Vogošća, Hadžići, Novi Grad, Stari Grad, Centar and Novo Sarajevo.
