On 20.10.2011. The United States Agency for International Development ( USAID) in Sarajevo organized a fair in front of the BBI Center, where the projects and partners of this agency in BiH were presented, on the occasion of marking the 50th anniversary of the agency and the 15th anniversary of USAID in BiH. Since 1994, the US government has invested nearly $ 1.6 billion in BiH through USAID to help BiH citizens. The fair was visited by the US Ambassador to BiH Patrick Moon, and USAID BiH Director Allan Reed, numerous citizens of Sarajevo and media representatives. Representative of CRP Tuzla, Samir Bijedić and represntative of the Association of Citiznes “Nešto More”, Belma Hadžimahmutović. attended the event and presented the project ” Capacity building for drought adaptation in agribusiness”, funded by USAID.
