On June 14, 2011, the employees of the Association, Vanja Sudar and Danijel Lozančić, as well as the USA intern engaged in the Association, Susana Gonzales, were on a one-day visit to the municipality of Ravno. Reasons for the visit and meeting with the mayor of Ravno Andrija Šimunović and the director of JP “Vjetrenica-Popovo polje” d.o.o. Anom Soldo contracted a large volunteer action PeaceTrails Scholarship Program planed for the end of July 2011. The meeting also discusses options for expanding existing cooperation between the Association and the municipality of Ravno through renting agricultural land owned by the municipality for the needs of the Association, and developing joint projects related to youth employment in rural areas and rural development in general.
