Citizen’s Association “Nešto Više” is 5.1.2011. signed a contract with the FARMA project, to fill in questionnaires for their needs intended for agricultural producers in BiH.
Questionnaires will be filled out by 200 agricultural producers (100 from the Republika Srpska and 100 from the Federation of BiH), at 6 locations in BiH, in the area of the municipalities: Trebinje, Teslić, Bijeljina, Jablanica, Sanski Most and Ravno.
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Swedish International Agency (Sida) are partners in a four-year FARMA project for the development of the agricultural and processing sector in BiH worth a total of $13.6 million. The goal of the FARMA project is fast, sustainable and comprehensive economic development, through assistance created on the basis of real needs and aimed at improving the competitiveness of BiH producers of agricultural and food products. The purpose of the FARMA project is the development of sustainable production in accordance with the principles of environmental protection, further processing and sales in both domestic and foreign markets.
