JOB DESCRIPTION:
Supporting project implementation within ACNV programs: preparing documentation for reporting, scanning and electronic archiving, bookkeeping, financial monitoring of project implementation, and financial reporting.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Scanning financial documents of the Association
- Bookkeeping in the Association’s accounting software
- Participation in the preparation of interim and final project reports
- Calculation and preparation of payroll
- Calculation and preparation of service contracts
- Performing other tasks as assigned by supervisors
YOU ARE THE CANDIDATE FOR US IF:
- You have completed high school in economics or are a third or fourth-year economics faculty student, or possess a university degree in economics.
- You are proficient in computer skills (MS Office package).
- You speak English fluently.
- You have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have both individual and teamwork abilities.
- You have good organizational skills.
