Improving the skills of young people, women and the unemployed in the agricultural sector of the municipality of Posušje (01.03. – 31.10.2015.): The purpose of the project is to educate 40 young people, women and the unemployed from the municipality of Posušje engaged in agriculture to increase their knowledge and skills through delivery a set of specific trainings to be led by experts in the field of agriculture. The training will cover 4 topics in the field of agriculture (4 groups of 10 users). Additionally, a business plan development training will be held for each group, after which the beneficiaries will prepare individual business plans with which they will apply for grant funds. When creating business plans, users will have the full support of the coordinators and representatives of the municipality of Posušje. Upon completion of the process, 10 of the 40 business plans will be selected, and will be allocated funds for implementation. UG “Nešto Više” and representatives of the municipality of Posušje will jointly develop criteria for the selection of beneficiaries and the allocation of funds for the implementation of business plans, and conduct the selection process. The implementation of business plans will be monitored by the project coordinator.
