-Lecture on “Mushroom Processing”

03/17/2016 Thursday, tonight at the Faculty of Agromediterranean at 6 pm was held the fourth, and last in a series of lectures in the series of mushroom growing for beginners on the topic “Mushroom processing”.
Prof. dr. This time, Nezir Tanović spoke about the ways and importance of processing mushrooms, both wild and mushrooms from cultivation, in front of about 40 participants.
The guest lecturer tonight was Mrs. Tea Zerdelić, who briefly presented the importance and future of certification of food production and processing (ISO standard, HACCP and GLOBALG.A.P.).
At the end of the lecture, an agreement was made with the participants and the lecturer to organize an all-day education in nature in May, when Prof. dr. Tanović to demonstrate the picking of mushrooms and herbs at several locations, and on which occasion we will visit already experienced mushroom growers so that we can see the production of mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and shiitake on the spot.
