PRONI Center for youth development together with the partners “Nesto Vise” are implementing the project: “Youth Retention Program in BiH – General Mobilization”, funded by the European Union.
As part of the project, we are organizing an International Youth Expert Conference, which is going to be held in Banja Luka from 14 to 17 December 2021. The conference will bring together experts on youth policy, employment, and higher education from several sectors such as business people, youth organizations, youth councils, international organizations, media, institutions, etc.
We invite all interested experts to apply and present an example of good practice in the areas of youth policy, employment or higher education.
The conference will focus on the topic of young people staying in BiH. Poor demographic trends, poor birth rates, declining youth employment, a non-competitive secondary and university education system and other parameters are enough to show that we should discuss official figures that do not support future economic planning and trends.
The conference is designed to address all topics of youth education and employment as key parameters of youth departure based on the two-day event. Interactivity, case study and other tools will be a trademark of the conference of international and domestic panelists. A network of young project experts will also participate in the conference as panelists and moderators in specific thematic areas.
