-We commend our customers: HACCP for Family Cellar Sušac, Cerno

Family cellar “Sušac” Cerno introduced the HACCP quality system in the production of wine and brandy with the help of the project “Support to Agricultural Development in Herzegovina” funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), implemented by the Association of Citizens “Something More”.
Family cellar “Sušac” Cerno produces quality wines “Blatina” and “Žilavka”, wines that are obtained from the same indigenous grape varieties from these areas and from their own vineyards.
In addition to wine, they also produce grape brandy (vine), and numerous liqueurs. The cellar and vineyards are located in Cern, Ljubuški Municipality, near the main road that connects Čitluk and Ljubuški and the access to the cellar is marked by tourist signs. The vineyards are located next to a modern cellar and on top of them is a tavern with an apartment and a playground for tennis, basketball or volleyball, where with prior notice can accommodate individuals or groups who want to rest in peace and quiet with many local specialties characteristic of the area in which they are located.
