Within the process of adult education intended for the establishment of existence / creation of new jobs within the project “IMPROVEMENT OF SKILLS OF YOUNG PEOPLE, WOMEN AND UNEMPLOYED IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF POSUSJE”, 15 business plans were selected to be partially supported through this project. Representatives of the Municipality of Posušje and the Association of Citizens “Something More” were involved in the selection process. It is important to note that almost all received business plans are well and detailed. We are glad to see that there is a desire and interest of the inhabitants of Posušje to improve and start production in the agricultural sector. Due to limited funds, not all business plans could be selected for funding. When choosing business plans, we took several parameters into consideration. We tried to have an approximate number of women and men, that the narrative plan was clearly written, that the financial part was realistic, that the plan was feasible, that there was a representation of young and unemployed people, that selected beneficiaries planned their own participation, and that we had a geographical component, ie to have users from the entire Municipality.
Congratulations to the selected users and we hope that others will have the opportunity to implement their business plans through other projects that the Municipality will implement in the coming period.
