As part of the activities of the “Youth in Action II” project, the first of six “homestay” visits of students from the Trebinje High School Center to their peers from the Jablanica High School was held on March 19 and 20. A total of 9 students from Trebinje, accompanied by professor Sladjana Skocajic and pedagogue Vesna Gnjatic, spent two days visiting Jablanica where they had the opportunity to meet and spend the night in the families of their peers from Jablanica. There was also a tour of the city’s sights, a short trip to Risovac, as well as a joint dinner and lunch. The Antun Branko Šimić High School from Grude is also included in the project, and in the following period all students will visit three communities and host their peers in their cities. The project is supported by the Embassy of the United States of America in BiH.
