On 19 and 20 April 2012, as part of the activities of the project “Youth in Action”, the first of two ” homestay” visits of students of the high school “Antun Branko Šimić” Grude to their peers from the High School Center Trebinje was held. A total of 30 students from Grude, accompanied by school principal Mladen Leka and professor Zora Palac, spent two days visiting Trebinje where they had the opportunity to meet and spend the night in the families of their peers from Trebinje. There was also a tour of the city’s sights, as well as a joint dinner and lunch. The return visit that is to take place in Grude is planned for April 26 and 27, 2012, and on that occasion, 30 students of the High School Center in Trebinje will have the opportunity to get better acquainted with the environment in which their colleagues live. The project is supported by the Embassy of the United States of America in BiH.
