The Association of Citizens “Nešto Više” has signed a contract on the lease of half a hectare of agricultural land with the Municipality of Ravno. The contract was signed for a period of five years and enters into force on 01.09.2011. Arable land will be used for the production of various agricultural crops and as a test plot for testing new production models. The signing of this Agreement is another indicator of good cooperation with representatives of the Municipalitiey of Ravno, which began earlier during the joint work on the project “Inter-entity cooperation and integration of local communitites Ljubinje and Ravno through agricultural production”, which resulted in successful cultivation and export of 20 tons of seedless watermelon to the Norwegian market.
