-Workshop “Creative Conflict Management” In Sarajevo from 18.02 to 20.02. held a workshop entitled “Creative Conflict Management” within the project “Alternatives to violence project”. Volunteer Jelena Backović participated in the workshop in front of UG “Nešto Više”. The workshop consisted of three parts: Confirmation-building self-esteem and trust, Communication-improving listening skills and assertive methods of expression, and Cooperation-developing collaborative attitudes that help avoid competition and related conflicts. The workshop included various techniques of verbal and non-verbal communication, as well as techniques for creative and non-violent resolution of conflict situations. The project “Alternatives to violence project” and the work of the workshops was supported by the “Mennonite Central Committee”.
