-Training held: Business planning- Development of business plans

Today, 12.12.2014. The first part of the training “Business Planning – Creating Business Plans” was held at the Agricultural Center for Professional Development in Mostar, within the project “Support to Agricultural Development in Herzegovina” supported by USAID and implemented by the Association of Citizens Something More. The training was prepared and led by Vanja Sudar, Human Resources Manager on the project.
During the first day, the participants were introduced mainly to the theoretical parts of business plan preparation (content and purpose of business plan, definition and analysis of business idea, product / service description, industry characteristics, sales plan – market and competition, location, technical and technological aspects , organizational structure, management and staff, product / service marketing, risk assessment, SWOT analysis, dynamic / term plan, business plan additions, sales plan, marketing costs – with practical exercises).
The second part of the training during tomorrow is more focused on working directly on the participants’ own business ideas (equipment and costs, staff costs, raw materials / raw materials, depreciation, initial operating payments – working capital, financial plan, loans, total costs on a monthly basis, profit forecasting, income statement, cash flow, with a lot of exercises), and will include a presentation of experts in various legal forms of business: Ms. Amra Vučijak will explain to participants what legal forms of business exist in our society, and will allow participants to ask questions from the legal sphere of business and find out everything that interests them in connection with their own business plan.
