The purpose of the project is to educate 40 unemployed young people and women from the municipality of Cazin who are engaged in agriculture with the aim of increasing their knowledge and skills through the delivery of a set of specific trainings led by experts in the field of agriculture. The training will cover 4 topics: 1. milk production, 2. fruit and vegetable production (outdoor and inside the greenhouse), 3. crop protection, and 4. multipurpose agricultural production (4 groups of 10 users). In addition, a business plan development training will be held for each group, after which the beneficiaries will prepare individual business plans with which they will apply for grant funds. When creating business plans, users will have the full support of the coordinator and representatives of the municipality of Cazin. Upon completion of the process, 10 of the 40 business plans will be selected, and will be allocated funds for implementation. UG “Nešto Više” and representatives of the municipality of Cazin will jointly develop criteria for the selection of beneficiaries and the allocation of funds for the implementation of business plans, and conduct the selection process. The realization of the business plan will be monitored and corrected by the project coordinator.
The project is supported by dvv international – Office in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Municipality of Cazin.
