-Selected participants for the International Sports Initatives Program

The International Sports Programming Initiative is financed by SportsUnited of the United States Department of State Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs and the United States Embassy.
We would like to inform all registered clubs / schools that after a large number of applications received for participation in this Program, 12 applicants were selected. The selection was made on the basis of the criteria prescribed by the Program, and direct interviews (in English) with the representatives of the shortlisted clubs / schools.
The following clubs / schools were selected for the participants in the Program, as well as their 36 young men and women (the order is random):

With details about the next steps, the selected participants will be notified in a timely manner via email and phone.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all applicants for their interest in participating in the Program, and congratulate the selected candidates on their success.
The target group of the Program are young leaders aged 14 to 17, high school students who train basketball, as well as their coaches and teachers. One of the goals of this program is to promote intercultural understanding and cooperation through the development of basketball in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Funding for this program was provided by the Government of the United States of America, ie the State Bureau of Education and Culture and the Embassy of the United States of America in Sarajevo through the SportsUnited of the United States program. The program is implemented by the Center for Intercultural Education and Development, Georgtown University in Washington, in cooperation with Bosnia and Herzegovina’s partner, the Citizens’ Association “Something More”.
